The construction of the platform for the Grenache building has just begun, and in a few months, this modern facility will offer 62,175 sq. ft. of prime industrial space with all the features and technology of our firm. These include insulated dock doors and levelers with a capacity of 35,000lbs, LED lighting throughout the building, R11 insulation for energy savings on HVAC, fire prevention systems, and more.
