Our Story
PICSA Group is an International Industrial Development Firm with more than 37 years of experience developing Industrial Parks and Industrial Buildings in Mexicali, Tecate, Gómez Palacio, Calexico and Matagalpa, based on different construction methods like tilt up and hybrid, always looking for the highest quality standards in our buildings and satisfying the needs of our clients.
Currently we have 26 fully delimited Industrial Parks and two independent industrial buildings in different cities of Mexico totaling more than 14 million sq. ft. built with a portfolio of more than 140 clients.
As a company we are committed to the environment where we develop our industrial parks, so supporting the community is part of our vision, for 7 consecutive years we have managed to obtain the badge of Socially Responsible Company.
